Austin Moore
Austin Moore is the Chief Executive Officer of Elias Collective, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience as a U.S. Air Force Special Operations veteran and senior executive. He has founded and led multiple financial and mission-driven organizations, building platforms focused on capital stewardship, organizational growth, and long-term impact. His background spans mission-critical military leadership and executive roles across nonprofit and financial enterprises, where he has overseen strategic planning, operational execution, and organizational scaling. Austin brings deep expertise in building and leading high-performing teams, scaling mission-driven organizations, and executing complex initiatives with discipline and long-term focus.

Addison Moore
Addison Moore is a managing partner at Elias Collective with a background in real estate investment analysis, development, and capital markets. Prior to founding Elias Collective, he worked in the investment department at Rodos Partners, supporting underwriting and execution across stabilized and opportunistic real estate investments, including ground-up development projects. Earlier in his career, Addison worked in commercial real estate brokerage, gaining firsthand experience in market analysis and transaction execution. He brings a disciplined, analytical approach focused on institutional-quality underwriting and long-term value creation.
Fund Manager
Bill Henak is a director at Elias Collective and a seasoned banking and finance executive with more than 40 years of experience across commercial finance, equipment leasing, and middle-market lending. He previously served as Executive Vice President at TCF Bank and Huntington Bank, where he led national lending platforms totaling over $14 billion in assets. Earlier in his career, Bill founded and scaled First Commercial Capital Corporation before its successful sale to TCF, and subsequently led TCF Equipment Finance as one of the country’s top leasing platforms. He brings deep expertise in credit, capital markets, and institutional-scale operations, with a leadership style focused on discipline, culture, and long-term value creation.

David Kuplic is a Director at Elias Collective with more than 35 years of executive leadership experience across asset management, fixed income investing, and institutional risk oversight. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Securian Asset Management, a $60 billion investment platform, and as Chief Investment Officer for $35 billion of owned assets at Securian Financial. Earlier in his career, David spent over a decade as Executive Vice President and CIO at Securian and 13 years at Ameriprise Financial, where he oversaw more than $25 billion in fixed income portfolios. A CFA charterholder, David brings deep expertise in portfolio construction, governance, and fiduciary decision-making, providing institutional-scale insight to the firm’s investment strategy and risk management processes.

Trish Kelly is a director at Elias Collective with more than 40 years of executive leadership experience in banking, commercial real estate finance, and credit risk management. She previously served as Executive Managing Director and EVP at TCF Bank and Huntington Bank, where she oversaw a commercial lending portfolio exceeding $18 billion and managed more than $400 million in annual pre-tax income. Earlier in her career, she was EVP and Head of National CRE at RBS Citizens and a Managing Director at The Chicago Corporation, leading credit committees, M&A integrations, balance-sheet restructurings, and the raising of over $250 million in private and institutional capital. Trish brings deep expertise in underwriting, enterprise risk management, regulatory oversight, and capital planning, providing critical institutional depth to the firm’s investment and portfolio-level decision-making.

Michael Jones is a Director at Elias Collective with more than 30 years of experience as a senior financial executive and investment banker across real estate, financial services, and private equity–backed companies. Over his career, he has been involved in more than $10 billion of transactions and has served in CFO, COO, and executive leadership roles for institutional platforms. Michael is the founder of 952 Capital Partners, where he provides strategic advisory, board leadership, and operational oversight to investment vehicles and growth-oriented businesses. Previously, he held senior executive roles at Huntington National Bank and TCF National Bank, including serving as Chief Financial Officer of TCF National Bank, where he led post-crisis restructuring, capital strategy, and financial transformation initiatives. A licensed CPA, Michael brings deep expertise in financial governance, transaction structuring, and institutional-scale operations to the firm.
